UnTravel Blog: Paypal SUCKS

So if you remember correctly, the other week, while I was in Split with Hana enjoying the final days of my 7 week holiday, I had some problems with Paypal. Well guess what! Yes, they have fucked up again.

I had sat on this article for a week but they for a third time have shut off my account and my card. So they have lost a customer and I will spread the word about their utter lack of professionalism and inability to be an international payment service.

I’ve just received yet another email from them stating that my account access has once again been limited. That now means I must again call them, again sit on hold, again waste money and this is not just the second time.

So what’s their deal? I have no idea. They want to be an international online payment service but they can’t get their heads out of their asses long enough to stop turning my account off. The really funny thing is that on my account are several notes that states I’m in Europe doing business and traveling.

So then why have they limited access to my account AGAIN?! I have only one answer to that – Fuck if I know!

It seems that anytime I have a transaction of more than $100 they decide that some third-party has accessed my account and is doing something malicious. So that does then mean that I should only deal in small denominations? What a ridiculous rule to put into place when I do in fact have a business account. A business account which has no end of comments on it about my being in Europe. A business account which I DO BUSINESS ON.

For Fuck’s Sake Paypal, get your heads out of your asses. At present I consider you to be holding my money for ransom. I must again waste more money and time to fucking call you and get to my own money… Simply put, I’m done with you. You will now be the last resort of any business transaction that I do. My preferred form of payment will be Google Checkout, bank-to-bank transfer or Western Union because they’re all sure to be simpler to deal with.

I am done with Paypal and will never suggest anyone use them…
