It seems I have this thing going on with death. I can’t seem to visit a city without going to a either a place where loads of people have died, where there’s a monument to loads of people that have died or to where those dead people are currently resting.

The overnight train from Praha to Ljubljana was splendid. It was a brand new wagon (which explains the price). It even had a toilet AND a shower in it. I had the top bunk and I was a little too tall for it but I managed to be comfortable and get around 5.5 hours of sleep. More than enough.

Well I’m back in Prague today but only for a few hours as I wait for my train to head off to Ljublana, Slovenia for the weekend. The hostel I wanted to stay at is full so I’ll have to find alternate arrangements.
